Helping people become emotionally balanced is a passion that I have developed throughout my career. It is something that I am eternally grateful to be able to do. Emotional health is a crucial part of overall health and well-being. Being emotionally healthy does not mean you are happy all the time. It means you are aware of your emotions, thoughts, feelings and behaviors. You can deal with them, whether they are positive or negative. Emotionally healthy people still feel stress, anger, anxiousness, resentment, and sadness etc. But they have the tools to deal with their negative feelings. I can teach you how to use these tools. Emotion translates into feeling and a feeling translates into emotion. Without feeling, what would life be? Feeling is our most primary sense of who we are. Being in tune with how you are feeling and having the ability to deal with emotional distress is a tool everyone should have in their box.
The relationship between our mind, body and emotions is the most influential relationship that we will ever have. The health of any relationship is reliant upon a good level of communication and this actually includes the relationship that we have with ourselves and the way that we relate with our emotions.
I use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping. Tapping is all about releasing neurological pathways connected to the emotional distress that has been formed throughout your life experiences.
Dysfunctional and traumatic experiences stimulate the bodies stress response system, activating your sympathetic nervous system. This is something that occurs not only during an experience but can also be reoccurring.
When we are in our sympathetic nervous system we are subconsciously looking for threats to our existence, minor or major, no matter what situation we are in. When we are in this state our healing ability is vastly reduced. Survival becomes a priority over healing.
Tapping has the ability to help us live in our parasympathetic nervous system where healing is a priority and we can feel effortlessly relaxed and happy.
All the different experiences that we have throughout our lives have different thoughts and feelings attached to them. These thoughts and feelings are stimulated in various ways, many of which you may not be aware of.
I can help you identify the situations that are triggering your unwanted thoughts and feelings and help you to consciously release them, allowing you to manifest the feelings you would prefer to have about a topic or situation. When you participate in a tapping session with me, you will become aware of the root cause of what is creating dysfunctional feelings in your life and you will start to feel neutral and light and empowered within yourself.
